David Boreanaz

I can't believe it took me this long to write about David Boreanaz! I've been a fan of his since his Buffy days, although back then he was mostly just a pretty face. I guess that's what happens when you get cast based on your "aesthetic" (i.e., he was walking his dog when a friend of the casting director saw him and thought he'd be perfect as a hot, broody vampire with a soul - I wonder if that fact ever embarrasses him?). But he's definitely gotten better with age (in both the looks and the acting departments). He is awesome as Booth on Bones - the best forensics show on TV - and looks so good. Especially considering the fact that he had put on a bunch of weight during the last season of Angel. Not sure what happened then, but he's definitely back in shape now. Those abs: good lord! But it's really his smile that gets me every time; that big, toothy grin of his makes me giggle, which is such a girl thing to do but I can't help it. Plus, Booth has that whole tough guy with a sweet side thing going on that I'm a total sucker for. I love him!
