Christian Bale

As I was watching a trailer for Dark Knight, I realized that I never got around to adding Christian Bale to my incredibly superficial, but oh-so-attractive list. Not only is this man seriously hot, he is also seriously talented. I've been a fan of his for a while now (and really, who wouldn't be after watching him do shirtless push ups in Batman Begins?) but what really solidified it for me was watching him in 3:10 to Yuma. Both he and Russell Crowe were superb in the film, and I hope that they won't be overlooked when Oscar time roles around. Even when I don't like the character he is playing (Lori in Pretty Women was lame, although that wasn't Bale's fault - it may be a classic, but that is one boring frickin' book) or the movie (Harsh Times was a little hard to handle), I always admire his talent. And his completely unstudied, unforced sexiness. Seriously, covered in dust, sweat, and blood, I still would have done him right there under the stars. (Hey, I wouldn't be me if I didn't go there...)
